Everyone in the detail business today is all about "cutting costs."

At first I was going to recommend sending some 'waterless" stuff, as water is very precious.  When I do Car Wash Fund Raisers with the Marines, they tell me a major opportunity to improve quality of life is to increase potable water.

But they also tell me that when they do provide water solutions, they are often diverted to the Poppy and we know what that funds.

So in the end, I was pleased they were not washing any white insurgent pick up trucks!
