Hello,

A little about the opportunity
Manhattan Beach, Ca Currently 1 day a week, can increase as yo increase demand, and there is an opportunity to increase demand Main tenant is Northrup Grumman Current provider doing on average 30 services per visit Suggest any day but Friday. Currently on Friday, but largest tenant on flex hours and low occupancy on Friday
Requirements:
Current concern is professionalism lacking good customer service, good communication skills, good marketing plan Must meet or exceed discharge standards. All waste water captured and taken off site for proper disposal Must have a min of $1M umbrella coverage with Garage Keepers Please take care of my relationships

You know somebody that already meets or exceeds those requirements. Not just that but that person has a 20+ year track record of impeccable service. Why didn't you call him?
