The INTERNATIONAL DETAILING ASSOCIATION Board of Directors recently voted to extend FREE membership through January 31, 2010 to all NAPDR members who would be interested.
Any member of the NAPDR who wants to accept this membership offer has only to contact the IDA offices info@the-ida.com with proof of their membership in the NAPDR and they will be officially registered as a member of the IDA, sent a Membership Certificate and a password to enter the Members Only page of the IDA website http://www.the-ida.com
Looking forward to having these companies as members of the IDA.

IDA Thanks for picking up the dropped ball, when you did not have to. I really appreciate it. I am going to post the link to this thread on another forum, to let others know what is going on.

NAPDR Members who accepted the IDA's invitation to join, again thank you for your willing to be a part of our community.
Could you please contact other NAPDR members and ask them to accept our offer? The response while heartening, was not as "overwhelming" as we had hoped for by now.
If you have friends who were part of the NAPDR ask them to accept the IDA's offer and we will do all we can to show them that the IDA is a legitimate, democratically run trade association with an elected Board of Directors and elected officers who serve for limited time periods.
Speaking of that the IDA will soon be taking nominations for open positions on the Board, any member in good standing is eligible to be nominated.
As soon as the president appoints a nominating committee you will be advise how someone can be nominated.
